We’ll help you figure out what makes you unique! We’ll dive into your stories and strengths to get crystal clear on your mission and vision. Think of it as finding the “why” behind your brand—so you can stop winging it and start owning it!

Week 2: Know Your Limits, Find Your Match

Week 2 helps you know your limits and build your capcaity to take on the right clients (because not everyone is your customer!). You’ll build a clear picture of your ideal customer and learn how to manage your capacity & team—it’s like matchmaking for your business!

Weeks 3: act + implement

This week, it’s time to roll up your sleeves! You’ll dive into your assignments, get personalized coaching, and learn how to put everything you’ve learned into action. Think of it as a strategy boost to help you crush your goals!

Week 4: Streamline & Scale: Systems for scale (pt. 1) and Smart Sales Strategies

We’re all about working smarter, not harder. You’ll learn how to create a daily system for your so it business runs like a well-oiled machine, plus some smart sales strategies to keep things growing. It’s like giving your business a glow-up—less stress, more success!

Week 5: Systems (pt. 2) & Style: crafting your client experience

In this second part of our Business and Life Systems training, you’ll design a life that supports your business and personal goals and explore key elements of your brand identity. By the end of the week, you’ll create systems that reflect your brand, ensuring your operations deliver the client experience you desire.

Weeks 6: act + implement

Week 6 is perfect midway point to catch up on homework, implement program action items, and get our eyes on your business and life to get the guidance and coaching you need to make strategic decisions that grow your business and structure your life.

Week 7: build your dream team (pt. 1) & vibe

Learn strategies to hire the right people for your dream team while keeping life simple. We’ll cover what to look for in a good fit because not everyone belongs on your brand squad! Plus, you’ll prep for your visual identity to showcase your brand’s unique vibe. It’s all about finding the right people to help you shine online and in life.

Week 8: build your dream team (pt. 2) and website

 Learn how to create who will elevate your brand. Then, we’ll conquer the ultimate challenge: your website! This isn’t just any site; it’s the engine of your business that should drive sales and eliminate headaches. You’ll also learn how to delegate to, train and manage your new team member!

Week 9: graduation

Collectively for over 20 years, we’ve been on this entrepreneurial rollercoaster together, and trust me—we’ve screamed, cried, and maybe drank too much wine along the way 🍷. What can I expect to learn?
You can expect to learn how to define your brand, set up effective business systems, hire the right contractors, and create a brand that drives sales. Each week focuses on actionable strategies that you can implement immediately.
What's the program structure?
The program consists of weekly modules that combine live coaching calls, interactive assignments, and valuable resources. You’ll have direct access to the program creators for personalized guidance throughout your journey.

The weekly time commitment is 3-4 hours.

What if I can’t attend a live call?
You’ll get the most benefit from Grow Up Mastermind (GUM) by attending the classes live, where you can ask questions and work with us in real time.

However, we understand that life can get busy, so all live calls will be recorded and available for you to watch before the next class.

We encourage you to stay on track with the weekly classes. Once you fall behind, it can be challenging to catch up while keeping up with current activities.

What results can I expect by the end of the program?
By the end of the program, you’ll have a clear brand identity, effective business systems in place, a winning team, and a sales-driving website. You’ll also have key strategies to create and maintain work/life harmony.

How long is the program?
The Grow Up Mastermind runs for nine weeks with six weeks of training, two weeks of implementation and coaching, and graduation day.

There’s also an estimated weekly time commitment of 2-3 hours.
